An AI assistant forevery employee. On WhatsApp.

Your team messages one number, the way they would message a colleague. The assistant answers from your company handbook, checks calendars, drafts email, and captures tasks. AnJaanX sets it up, connects it, and runs it. Your team installs nothing and learns nothing new.

Definition: The AnJaanX Employee Assistant is a managed AI assistant that lives inside WhatsApp. Every employee of a client company messages one number to get answers from a shared company knowledge base, check and book Google Calendar, search Gmail and draft replies, and capture tasks. AnJaanX builds the knowledge base, connects the tools, onboards the staff, and operates the service for a flat monthly fee per company.

Key takeaways

  • Done for you, not do it yourself. We provision the WhatsApp number, build the knowledge base from your documents, connect Google Workspace, and train your team on one call.
  • Flat pricing per company: $500, $1,000, or $2,000 a month by company size. No per-seat fees, no credit meters, no surprise overage.
  • Safety is a rule, not a setting: the assistant never sends an email without a human approving that exact message, and never touches payments, invoices, or refunds.
  • Now onboarding 3 pilot companies with the setup fee waived.

A working day, without the repeat questions

Most of what slows a small team down is the same handful of questions, asked again and again, plus the small jobs around them: finding a slot, drafting a reply, writing down a task. That is exactly the layer the assistant takes over.

"What is our refund policy for annual plans?"Asked by a new hire, at 9:04 AM

The assistant answers from your handbook, in seconds, and names the source document. No manager interrupted, no digging through shared drives, no answer invented. If the answer is not in your documents, it says so and flags the gap to us.

"Is Sara free Thursday at 2? Book her if she is."Calendar, handled in chat

It checks Google Calendar, finds the slot, and books only after the employee confirms. The back and forth of scheduling, five messages each way, becomes one.

"Draft a reply to the Brightline invoice email."Email drafts, never auto-sent

It searches the employee's own Gmail, finds the thread, and writes the draft. A human reads and approves the exact message before anything is sent. That rule has no exceptions and no off switch.

"Remind me to send the Q3 numbers on Friday."Tasks, captured where they happen

The message becomes a saved task with a due date, confirmed back in the chat. Nothing lives on a sticky note, and nothing depends on someone remembering to open another app.

We set it up. Your team just messages.

There is no software to install, no prompts to write, and no dashboard to learn. Onboarding is our job, in four steps, and two of them need almost nothing from you.

You hand us your documents

Handbook, price lists, policies, FAQs, standard procedures, in whatever format they exist today. Messy is fine. Gathering them is the only real homework, and it is a one-time job.

Your part: about an hour

We build your knowledge base

Your documents become a structured knowledge base the assistant answers from, with sources it can cite. We provision your company's WhatsApp number and connect Google Calendar and Gmail.

Our part: the full build

We onboard your team

Every employee gets the number and a short introduction on one training call. The assistant recognizes each person by their WhatsApp number, so it always knows who it is talking to.

One call: 1 hour

We keep it sharp

We monitor the conversations, fix wrong answers, update the knowledge base as your policies change, and send you a monthly report: questions asked, tasks captured, drafts approved, gaps found.

Our part: every month

One flat price per company. No seats, no credits.

Per-seat pricing punishes you for hiring, and credit meters make your bill a guessing game. Ours is one invoice, the same every month, priced by how big your company is.

Pilot terms: the first 3 companies pay no setup fee, and their first month runs at Starter pricing ($500) whatever their size. In exchange we ask for honest feedback and permission to publish anonymized usage numbers once the pilot has run.

The same idea as Town, without the setup weekend

Town, Lindy, and Dust sell software your company sets up and runs itself. We sell the outcome: an assistant that is already set up, already trained on your documents, and already being looked after. Here is the honest math for a 20-person company.

For a 20-person companyAnJaanX Employee AssistantTown TeamLindy ProDust Pro
Monthly cost $1,000 flat, per company $1,180 (20 seats at $59), before credit overage $1,999.80 in seats alone, plus credit top-ups $580 (20 seats at $29), for the platform only
Who sets it up We do, start to finish You do You do Your staff build the agents themselves
Where it lives WhatsApp, the app your team already uses Its own app, plus Slack, email, WhatsApp Slack, iMessage, web. No WhatsApp Slack and web. WhatsApp is not its focus
How pricing works One flat invoice. No seats, no credits Per seat, plus per-credit overage Per seat, plus credits that burn per action Per seat, no usage meter
When something is wrong Message the human team that runs it Email support, replies in about 2 business days Support ticket Support ticket

Competitor prices checked on public pricing pages on 21 October 2026 and calculated for 20 staff on annual team rates where offered. Dust is cheaper for 20 seats, and that is fair to say out loud: the difference is that Dust hands you a platform and the work, and we hand you a running assistant. If your company has someone with the time to build and maintain agents, buy the platform. If it does not, that is exactly the gap we fill.

Four rules it can never break

An assistant inside your company's chat has to be safe by design, not by settings page. These rules are built into how we operate every client, and they do not have an off switch.

It never sends an email alone

Every outbound message is a draft until a named human approves that exact text. The assistant can find, read, and write; only a person can send.

It never touches money

Payments, invoices, refunds, and quotes with prices are permanently out of reach. It removes busywork; it does not move a single dollar, ever.

Your data stays yours alone

Each client's knowledge base, documents, and credentials are fully isolated. No client can reach another client's information, and your knowledge base lives in plain documents you own and can take with you.

Everything is on the record

Every question, lookup, draft, and approval is written to an audit log. If the assistant did it, you can see it. Nothing happens invisibly inside your company.

Built for teams like yours

The pattern fits any company whose staff ask each other the same questions all day and live in Google Workspace and WhatsApp. Our first pilots are coming from these worlds:

Clinics and healthcare back offices Real estate teams Home services companies Small law and accounting firms E-commerce support teams Agencies and consultancies

Questions, answered straight

What exactly does the assistant do all day?

Four jobs. It answers staff questions from your company knowledge base and names the source document. It checks Google Calendar availability and books meetings once the employee confirms. It searches the employee's own Gmail and drafts replies, which are never sent without a human approving that exact message. And it turns messages like "remind me to send the Q3 numbers on Friday" into saved tasks with due dates.

Why WhatsApp and not another app?

Because your team already lives in it. There is no new app to install, no login to remember, and no behavior change to train. Employees message one number the way they would message a colleague, and the assistant knows who they are from their WhatsApp number.

Is our company data safe?

Each client's knowledge base, data, and credentials are fully isolated: no client can ever reach another client's information. The knowledge base is kept in plain documents that you own and can take with you. The assistant never sends an outbound email on its own and never touches anything money related, and every message, lookup, and approval is written to an audit log you can review.

What do you need from us to get started?

Your documents: handbook, price lists, policies, FAQs, and standard procedures, in whatever format you have them. Access to connect your Google Workspace so the assistant can read calendars and search Gmail. A list of your staff with their WhatsApp numbers. And one hour for a team training call once everything is live.

How much does it cost after the pilot?

Published flat pricing, per company, never per seat. Starter is $500 a month for up to 10 staff, Growth is $1,000 a month for 11 to 25 staff, and Team is $2,000 a month for 26 to 50 staff. A one-time setup fee applies outside the pilot ($500, $750, and $1,000 by tier). Pilot companies pay no setup fee and start their first month at Starter pricing.

Can the assistant send emails or pay invoices by itself?

No, and that is a permanent rule, not a setting. The assistant drafts emails and a human approves the exact message before anything is sent. Payments, invoices, refunds, and quotes with prices are never touched autonomously. It is built to remove busywork, not to move money.

What if the assistant does not know an answer?

It says so, plainly, instead of guessing. It answers only from your knowledge base, and when the answer is not there it tells the employee and flags the gap to us, so we can add the missing information with you. Every gap makes the knowledge base better instead of making an error more confident.

Three pilot slots. Setup on us.

We are onboarding 3 pilot companies by hand, so each one gets our full attention. Pilot companies pay no setup fee, and month one runs at Starter pricing whatever their size. When the 3 slots are gone, standard setup fees apply.

Claim a pilot slot

That email is the only step. No checkout, no payment form: we reply with a short written plan, exact pricing for your size, and a call if you want one.
